Meet our Tutors

The Innovation Wing is powered by a diverse team of tutors—all current MSc students representing every department in the Faculty of Engineering. With their broad range of technical expertise, they bring knowledge across mechanical, electrical, civil, computer, biomedical, chemical engineering, and more.

Our tutors are knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. During opening hours, they are on duty in the Innovation Wing and happy to chat with members, offering the following support:

 

  • Daily operations assistance — Helping members access and use facilities, equipment, and services effectively.
  • Site tours & Inno Induction — Leading engaging tours that showcase our unique spaces, projects, and student community to inspire students, teachers, and visitors.
  • Design & prototyping consultation — Providing expert advice on techniques, tools, and best practices for your projects.
  • Training workshops — Running hands-on sessions to teach safe and efficient use of key equipment like 3D printers and laser cutters.
  • Task-based tutorials & guidelines — Creating and delivering practical, step-by-step instructional resources to build members’ skills and spark innovation.
  • Other duties — As assigned by the Innovation Wing Office.
