Events in Inno Wing
Please check the events that are pre-scheduled in the following area:
- Makerspace
- Conference room
- Brainstorming area
- Event hall
- Digital learning studio
Please assist with the followings:
- Enforce work safety in the area.
- The usage of AV equipment (mic, projector/LED wall).
- There may be some enquiry at the entrance when there are non-members joining the events. Please help to let them in and direct them to the event venue.

- Students make a booking through the system at least 1 hour before through https://innowings.engg.hku.hk/equipment/
- Whether to serve the ad-hoc request for using machines that require booking is decided by the on-duty technician.
